Inquiries and bookings for accommodation are received
or in person at the agency's office in Premantura.
When booking, the guest confirms that he accepts the
General Terms entirely.
In other words, everything stated in the General Terms
legally binding both for the guest and the agency.

NOTICE ON FILING CONSUMER COMPLAINTS
In accordance with Art. 6, paragraph 1 item 3, of the
on providing tourism services (NN 130/17) - we would like
our customers that a complaint on the quality of the purchased
product or service provided may be submitted in writing
in our office, whereby we will, without delay, acknowledge
the receipt of the complaint in writing.
